When your child isn’t talking as much as expected, is difficult to understand, or seems to have trouble understanding or communicating with others, it can be hard to know what to do next. You don’t have to wait and see.

Little Talkers Speech Therapy provides individualized, play-based speech and language therapy for children ages 0–5 throughout St. Louis County and St. Charles County. Therapy can take place in your child’s home, daycare, preschool, or other natural environment, allowing us to work on communication skills where they matter most.

Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, and focused on building communication through connection, play, and meaningful everyday interactions.

She was professional, punctual, communicative, and genuinely invested in my son's progress. One of the things I appreciated most was how detailed and thoughtful her progress notes were after every session. She clearly outlined what they worked on, his progress, and helpful feedback and recommendations that I could immediately review and implement at home.

Having everything conveniently documented in an email made it so easy to stay involved and reinforce what he was learning between sessions. Her communication and attention to detail truly made a difference for our family.

We were having a tough time finding a speech pathologist that was willing to work around her chemotherapy schedule, until we met Ashley. Ashley has been so flexible with our hectic schedule and offered many insights on how we can help our daughter's speech improve.
