FAQs
What ages do you treat?

Our dedicated team finds immense joy in witnessing the remarkable growth that occurs within this age range. With our expert guidance and personalized approach, we strive to help each child reach their full potential. Visit our services page to learn more about how we can support your child’s communication development.
How often/long will my child be seen for therapy?
This answer varies greatly from child to child and depends on many factors including the child’s strengths and challenges, type of disorder or delay, severity of the disorder or delay, and family individualized goals. However, a common recommendation may look like 30 minute sessions, 1-2x a week. After an evaluation is completed, recommendations will be given regarding appropriate treatment intervals. Factors that will improve outcomes in therapy include consistent attendance and completion of weekly homework. At Little Talker Speech Therapy, we understand the importance of tailored therapy plans that cater to your child’s specific needs. We work closely with families to develop a customized approach that aligns with your child’s abilities and goals. Together, we can help your child unlock their full potential and achieve meaningful progress.
Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance and am considered private pay. This is to ensure the best care possible as insurance can limit the parameters regarding frequency, type, and duration of services. However, I am happy to provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. If you plan to submit a Superbill to your insurance, it is recommended that you contact your insurance provider prior to beginning services to understand coverage and requirements for possible reimbursement. Some insurance providers require a physician referral. If you do not plan to submit for out-of-network reimbursement, a physician referral is not required.
My child is under 12 months old but I’m concerned about their communication skills. Can you still assess and treat?
